Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in the Miami market who can take full ownership of $5M-$30M custom home projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This individual will serve as the face of K2 Construction Group to clients, leading projects with confidence, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

This role requires someone who has already operated at this level, is comfortable navigating complexity, managing high expectations, and delivering a seamless client experience without needing to be trained up from smaller projects.

This role is strictly for local Miami-based candidates.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Own schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
• Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they impact the project

Client Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Build trust through clear, confident, and consistent communication

Pre-Construction & Planning

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and leadership
• Support estimating, scope development, and value engineering
• Ensure alignment between design intent, budget, and execution

Trade & Vendor Management

• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure accountability and quality
• Maintain strong relationships with top-tier trade partners
• Oversee scopes, contracts, and performance standards

Financial Oversight

• Track budgets, forecasts, and project financials
• Manage change orders, invoices, and cost controls
• Protect margins while maintaining project quality

Technology & Systems

• Utilize tools such as Raken and other construction technologies
• Embrace AI and process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency
• Contribute to standardized systems and workflows

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury or high-end preferred)
• Experienced Project Manager with a background managing $5M-$30M custom homes
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools, systems, and AI
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and materials
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships simultaneously
• Highly personable, professional, and client-facing
• Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator who builds trust easily with clients and teams
• Based in the Miami area (local market knowledge required)
