Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in the Boca Raton / Delray Beach market who can take full ownership of $5M-$30M custom home projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This individual will serve as the face of K2 Construction Group to clients, leading projects with confidence, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

This role requires someone who has already operated at this level, is comfortable navigating complexity, managing high expectations, and delivering a seamless client experience without needing to be trained up from smaller projects.

This role is strictly for local candidates within the Boca/Delray market.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead full lifecycle of luxury custom home projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, and day-to-day execution
• Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively

Client Experience

• Serve as the face of the company with homeowners
• Provide consistent, high-level communication
• Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience

Pre-Construction Collaboration

• Partner with architects, designers, and leadership
• Assist in estimating, planning, and scope alignment
• Ensure constructability and budget alignment

Trade & Vendor Management

• Lead subcontractors and vendors with accountability
• Maintain strong relationships with top-tier trades
• Ensure quality and adherence to timelines

Financial Management

• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Manage change orders and financial accuracy
• Maintain profitability across projects

Technology & Process

• Utilize Raken and an evolving construction tech stack
• Embrace AI tools and automation
• Help drive consistency through systems and processes

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury or high-end preferred)
• Experienced Project Manager with a background in managing $5M-$30M custom homes
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools, systems, and AI
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and materials
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships simultaneously
• Highly personable, professional, and client-facing
• Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator who builds trust easily with clients and teams
• Based in the Boca Raton / Delray Beach area
