Project Manager - Luxury Fit-Out Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end fit-out, glass, and aluminium projects from award to handover. The role demands strong site control, coordination skills, and the ability to deliver premium quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from kick-off to final handover
• Coordinate drawings, procurement, production, and site execution
• Control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Conduct site meetings, progress tracking, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety norms

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in fit-out / glass & aluminium project management
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, materials, and finishes
• Proven experience handling luxury or high-value projects
• Excellent planning, coordination, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality and delivery mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
