Job Description

Bustan Al Reef Technical & Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Manager (Male/Female) on a commission-based structure.

The selected candidate will be responsible for bringing maintenance, renovation, AC maintenance, and cleaning projects to the company.

Key Responsibilities

Bring new projects related to maintenance, renovation, AC maintenance, and cleaning services

Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements

Support project execution and coordination when required

Maintain good relationships with clients and generate repeat business

Salary & Commission

No fixed monthly salary

Commission will be paid project-wise

Commission percentage will be finalized during the interview/meeting based on discussion

Requirements

Experience in project handling or business development in maintenance/cleaning field is preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to bring projects independently
