Position Title: Project Manager / Manager Civil
Department: Civil Projects / Engineering
Reporting To: Management / CEO

Job Summary
We are looking for a project-based civil engineer for the role of Project Manager / Manager Civil to oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil works projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision capability, contractor coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and timely project delivery in line with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil construction, site management, and project execution.
• Experience in handling project-based assignments independently.

Experience Required

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering / construction project management.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or fit-out projects will be preferred, depending on project nature.
