Our client, a leading marine contractor working on Qatar Energy projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Marine Construction experience to lead and deliver large-scale marine projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of marine construction projects.
• Manage engineering, site execution, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Control project budgets, schedules, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate closely with the client and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE, and engineering standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 15 years of experience, including extensive marine construction exposure.
• Proven capability managing large EPC or major marine works.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Open to candidates based outside Doha.
