Salary: QAR 25,000 – 30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale marine construction and infrastructure projects in Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC), Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project execution from planning through completion while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marine construction projects.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Ensure projects are executed in accordance with client specifications, contractual obligations, and HSE standards.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)

Certifications

UPDA Certification (Mandatory)

PMP Certification (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven experience in marine construction, ports, or Oil & Gas infrastructure projects.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and project control.

Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
