Project Manager- Marine (Goa)

About the Role

UrbanSpire Structures Limited is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works to handle marine and coastal construction projects. The role involves planning, executing, and completing projects on site while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marine construction projects from start to finish
• Handle fish landing centre construction and maintenance
• Manage fishing jetty and harbor development works
• Oversee anti-sea erosion bund protection works
• Supervise dredging work in sea and piling for jetty construction
• Coordinate floating jetty design and installation
• Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and daily progress
• Prepare basic reports and update stakeholders regularly

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction project execution.
• Experience with government or port-related projects.
• Knowledge of coastal regulations and approvals.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Practical experience in Fish landing centres, Jetties and harbors, Dredging and piling works, Coastal protection / sea erosion works, Floating jetties
• Good understanding of marine construction methods
• Ability to manage teams and work in site conditions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between Pune & Goa sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,361.99 - ₹27,193.62 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North Goa District, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
