Project Manager – Mechanical (Oil & Gas / Plant Piping)

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager – Mechanical with extensive experience in Oil & Gas and plant piping projects to lead large-scale, high-value projects in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven expertise in managing complex piping works while ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of mechanical and plant piping projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, HSE regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, and quality performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong expertise in plant piping projects.
• Proven experience managing projects with a total value of USD 350 million or more.
• Successfully executed projects involving 100,000+ Inch Dia piping.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, construction methodologies, and safety standards.
