Project Manager – MEP

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager – MEP to lead the execution of residential projects, including villas and compounds. In this role, you will take full ownership of MEP delivery—from planning to handover—ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage all MEP works across residential and villa projects
• Take full responsibility for project delivery from initiation to final handover

Planning & Coordination

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Technical Oversight

• Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

Site & Team Management

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and technicians to ensure productivity and quality
• Resolve site issues promptly and ensure smooth workflow across all teams

Cost, Procurement & Control

• Oversee procurement of MEP materials and subcontractor services
• Monitor project costs, manage variations, and ensure budget control

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout all project stages
• Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain compliance at all times

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Track project progress and prepare clear status reports for management and clients
• Highlight risks, delays, and mitigation actions when required

Testing & Handover

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and complete project handover documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 7–10 years of UAE experience in MEP project management
• Strong hands-on experience in residential projects (villas and compounds preferred)
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems
• Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations, approvals, and compliance procedures
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously
• Strong decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
