Project Manager – MEP

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – MEP to lead the execution of residential projects, including villas and compounds. In this role, you will take full ownership of MEP project delivery from planning to handover, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE standards and regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage all MEP works across residential villa and compound projects.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery from initiation to final handover.

Planning & Coordination

• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Site & Team Management

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and technicians to ensure productivity and quality.
• Resolve site issues promptly and ensure smooth workflow across all activities.

Cost, Procurement & Control

• Oversee procurement of MEP materials and subcontractor services.
• Monitor project costs, manage variations, and ensure strict budget control.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards at all project stages.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain full compliance with UAE regulations.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Identify risks, delays, and implement mitigation measures when required.

Testing & Handover

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and complete project handover documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Strong experience in residential projects (villas and compounds preferred).
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
• Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations, approvals, and compliance procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
