Project Manager - MEP Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Project Planning & Coordination

o Plan, organize, and manage MEP activities from design stage to project execution.

o Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and

vendors.

o Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

 Execution & Supervision

o Lead site execution of MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications.

o Supervise contractors and ensure installation quality, safety, and timely completion.

o Conduct regular site inspections and issue directions for corrective actions.

 Technical & Design Management

o Provide technical solutions for design conflicts and site constraints.

o Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and international

standards.

o Monitor testing & commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire

Fighting, ELV, etc.).

 Budget & Cost Control

o Review BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals.

o Monitor procurement of materials and equipment to align with project schedules.

o Manage value engineering and cost optimization efforts.

 Team & Stakeholder Management

o Lead MEP engineers and supervisors; assign responsibilities and monitor

performance.

o Liaise with consultants and senior management to update project progress.

o Conduct meetings for coordination and issue resolution.

 Quality & Safety

o Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

o Enforce HSE requirements and ensure a safe working environment.

o Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and records for QA/QC compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

 Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP project execution, preferably in large-scale

commercial, residential, or institutional projects.

 Strong knowledge of MEP design, drawings, codes, and standards.

 Proven experience in handling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

 Excellent project management, leadership, and coordination skills.

 Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
