Project Manager – Merchandising & Audit (Home Electronics)

About the Role
Trade Tracker Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead retail training initiatives focused on sell-out excellence for Home Appliances. You will design and deliver high-impact training programs to enhance retail team performance, merchandising standards, product knowledge, and sales strategies across our retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for retail sales teams
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and develop customized modules
  • Deliver engaging workshops, field training, and e-learning content
  • Focus on sell-out strategies, visual merchandising, product knowledge (Home Appliances), and customer experience
  • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and post-training performance tracking
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align training with business goals
  • Stay updated with retail trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in FMCG / Home Appliances

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in Retail / FMCG / Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales / product / merchandising training
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sell-out strategies, and in-store excellence
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in Home Appliances or FMCG sector is a strong advantage
