About the Role
Trade Tracker Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead retail training initiatives focused on sell-out excellence for Home Appliances. You will design and deliver high-impact training programs to enhance retail team performance, merchandising standards, product knowledge, and sales strategies across our retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for retail sales teams
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and develop customized modules
- Deliver engaging workshops, field training, and e-learning content
- Focus on sell-out strategies, visual merchandising, product knowledge (Home Appliances), and customer experience
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and post-training performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align training with business goals
- Stay updated with retail trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in FMCG / Home Appliances
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in Retail / FMCG / Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics
- Proven experience in designing and delivering sales / product / merchandising training
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sell-out strategies, and in-store excellence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in Home Appliances or FMCG sector is a strong advantage
