Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Develop and implement safety culture transformation strategies to improve workplace safety and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and education to team members on project management best practices, safety protocols, and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project momentum.
• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
  

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of implementing and transforming safety cultures in a workplace setting.
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong training and education skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in a workplace setting.
