We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Oil and Gas KSA to spearhead high-value Oil and Gas EPC projects and complex Plant Piping installations in Saudi Arabia.

This role demands a high-impact leader capable of navigating both Greenfield and Brownfield execution challenges while driving strict safety, budgetary, and timeline compliance in a dynamic engineering environment.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

EPC Project Leadership

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary Oil and Gas EPC projects from initiation, detailed engineering, and procurement, through to site construction and closeout.
• Monitor micro-schedules, project cash flows, variations, and subcontractor progress to ensure delivery remains within strict budget and quality baselines.

Piping and Fabrication Oversight

• Directly oversee complex plant piping installation, heavy spool fabrication, non-destructive testing, hydro-testing, and commissioning activities as the Plant Piping Project Manager.
• Enforce world-class safety and quality protocols to maintain an injury-free work environment on-site.

Stakeholder and Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure all engineering and construction operations precisely align with Saudi Aramco standards and procedural codes.

Candidate Requirements

Industry Experience and Technical Mastery

• Minimum 12+ years of direct, hands-on experience specifically within the execution of oil, gas, or petrochemical facilities.
• Proven track record in Plant Piping construction and a deep understanding of international codes alongside strong familiarity with the Saudi Aramco project environment.

Project Diversity and Leadership

• Demonstrated success managing complex Greenfield and Brownfield execution scopes, including tie-ins and live-plant brownfield modifications.
• Strong experience managing large, multicultural subcontractor workforces and cross-functional engineering teams.

Education and Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼39,000.00 per month
