Salary: QAR 25,000 – 30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Oil & Gas infrastructure projects in Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC), Qatar.

The role requires full responsibility for project execution from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within safety, quality, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements in a complex industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Oil & Gas infrastructure projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall delivery strategy.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and HSE functions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contract scope, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee site execution teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, KPIs, and provide structured reporting to senior management.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation and recovery plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and Oil & Gas safety standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder reporting.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent)

Certifications

• UPDA Certification (Mandatory)
• PMP Certification (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong background in Oil & Gas infrastructure projects (onshore preferred).
• Proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams in industrial environments.

Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, and cost management
• Deep understanding of HSE compliance in Oil & Gas operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
