Position Overview:
RNDI Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Project Manager / Personal Assistant to support executive leadership while assisting with the coordination of active construction and remediation projects. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working both in an office setting and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to executive leadership
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and support project needs
- Manage schedules, appointments, and project documentation
- Handle correspondence, reporting, and general administrative duties
- Assist with procurement of materials and coordination of logistics
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed to support company operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in general computer applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have a clean driving record
- Previous Construction or military experience is a plus
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Comfortable working in active construction environments
- Comfortable working in high-stress environment
- Strong-minded and decisive, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Ability to work in or around hazardous materials with proper safety protocols
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
- Willingness to work closely with executive leadership on a daily basis
- Must be able to pass random drug testing
- Must pass a background check
