Project Manager- (PMP Certified) – Construction & Project Management

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager holding a PMP certification to lead and oversee construction and project management activities within the UAE. The ideal candidate must be Arabic speaking, possess a valid UAE driving license, and have over 10 years of extensive experience in the UAE's construction and project management field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and close construction and infrastructure projects in accordance with client requirements, budgets, and schedules.

- Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication across all project phases.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.

- Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

- Utilize PMP best practices to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

- PMP certification is mandatory.

- Fluent in Arabic and English.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Over 10 years of proven experience in project management and construction in the UAE.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, standards, and regulations.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
