Project Manager - Power

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager experienced in Power Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in EHV/HV substations, overhead transmission lines, and related infrastructure, with proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for transmission line and substation projects (132kV and above).
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution from design to commissioning.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports in alignment with client and company requirements.
• Manage contracts, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, implement mitigation measures, and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for approvals and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid codes, and international standards.
• Manage project manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Drive performance, resolve site issues, and ensure successful handover of completed projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in power infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale EPC or utility projects in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of transmission systems, protection schemes, and grid integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
