Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for commercial kitchen installations or renovation projects.
  • Coordinate all phases of the project—from initiation to completion—ensuring full alignment with client requirements and company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to finalize kitchen designs, layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Review kitchen layouts, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans, ventilation systems, and custom fabrication drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address client feedback and modifications to project scope, adjusting plans, budgets, and timelines as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key project partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, maintaining cost control and ensuring adherence to approved financial limits.
  • Identify and evaluate potential project risks—including delays, budget issues, and safety concerns—and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, change orders, and scope adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients, outlining progress, costs, risks, and any project updates.
  • Skills & Education Required
  • Strong project management skills with experience in commercial kitchen & MEP design and installation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and project teams. In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, appliances, and systems used in the commercial kitchen industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of food service authority rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • SS (Stainless Steel) custom fabrication proven experience.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Certification in project management is a plus.
  • Bachelors in engineering and 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role for kitchen contracting companies.

Experience working with European markets, clients, or stakeholders is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
