PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT IN CHARGE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager & Project In Charge to oversee and manage projects from initiation through to completion across various sectors within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, leadership, stakeholder coordination, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including design, procurement, execution, and close-out phases.
• Lead project planning sessions and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Resolve project-related issues and delays and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage site teams, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction standards are met.
• Oversee project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Demolition related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the construction & demolition industry, with at least 3–5 years in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, authority approvals.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Preferred ADNOC approved
• UAE driving license is preferred.
