Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

We are seeking a competent and reliable Project Manager cum Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract to oversee construction-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution while also handling cost estimation, budgeting, and site coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure timely project completion
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
• Monitor project costs and control expenditures
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports
• Assist in procurement and contract management
