Project Manager – Real Estate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute real estate projects from start to finish.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in the UAE real estate or construction industry.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and real estate practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Preferred:

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
