Project Manager – Real Estate

Job Description:

R K Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Real Estate to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of residential / real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor real estate construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material planning
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed at site
• Review BOQs, measurements, bills, and contractor payments
• Handle labour management and subcontractor coordination
• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to management
• Resolve site-level technical and execution issues
• Ensure compliance with local building norms and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma + strong experience preferred)
• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in real estate / building construction
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, materials, and site execution
• Ability to manage multiple activities and teams on site
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in residential apartment projects will be preferred

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
