Project Manager – Real Estate & Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Real Estate & Infrastructure projects.

Qualification:

• BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 6–8 years in Real Estate & Infrastructure project execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction & infrastructure projects
• Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance
• Oversee site execution, quality, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities
• Ensure timely project completion within approved cost

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Budget & cost control expertise
• Knowledge of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Location: Adalaj / Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
