Project Manager – Residential Construction (Entry Level)

Location: North Atlanta, GA | Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base salary + mileage reimbursement

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and field-ready individual to join our team as an entry-level Project Manager. You'll work directly alongside our General Contractor, taking the lead on smaller residential projects while supporting GC-led operations on larger builds. This structure gives you real ownership from day one while ensuring you have experienced backup as you grow into the role.

What You'll Do

• Serve as primary PM on smaller residential projects, managing schedules, subs, and site activity independently
• Support the GC on larger, more complex jobs — learning the full scope of project management in a hands-on environment
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Communicate with homeowners, trade partners, and suppliers to keep projects on track
• Track material deliveries and flag delays before they become problems
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, punch lists, and progress photos

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in residential construction, trades, or a related field (construction management degree a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Reliable communicator — you respond promptly and follow through
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites daily

Requirements

• Must provide your own reliable truck (mileage and gas fully reimbursed)
• All necessary tools provided by the company

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000–$55,000 base salary
