Job Purpose
The Project Manager – Interior Sales will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of interior sales projects, ensuring seamless transition from sales closure to design, execution, and final handover, while maintaining client satisfaction, timelines, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend walk-in clients and understand their interior requirements
- Handle follow-ups for assigned leads and ensure timely client engagement
- Close leads by coordinating designs, pricing, and approvals
- Prepare and finalize BOQs and cost estimates as per client requirements
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure feasibility before closure
- Act as the single point of contact for clients post closure
- Coordinate with design, execution, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth project delivery
- Ensure timely preparation and approval of drawings, BOQs, and quotations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate site readiness, material deliveries, and vendor schedules
- Address client concerns, change requests, and escalations professionally
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and project records are maintained
- Support handover and closure of projects as per company standards
- Track collections, payment milestones, and coordinate with accounts team
- Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or related field
- Strong knowledge of interior products, materials, and execution processes
- Experience in interior sales coordination and project handling
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning, follow-up, and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic documentation

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
