Job Description

1. Full-Cycle Construction Project Management

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects including residential buildings, apartments, and hotels.
• Handle client communication, internal and external team coordination, and ensure on-site execution is delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• Oversee overall project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Prepare project meeting minutes, weekly reports, and monthly progress reports.

2. Cross-Team Coordination

• Manage relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Drive efficient collaboration across all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

3. Compliance & Process Optimization

• Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize steel structure and modular construction workflows, improving construction efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of full-cycle management experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working in the Middle East—especially Abu Dhabi—is strongly preferred.
• Experience in steel structure or modular construction projects is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of project design and construction workflows.
• Excellent budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Solid understanding of UAE building regulations and international business etiquette.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard office software.

Language

• Fluent English with near-native working proficiency.

Additional Information

• The role requires frequent and long-term travel within the UAE.
