Project Manager-Retail fitout

Looking for a Project manager with retail fitout and joinery experience

1. Manage a project team with a collaborative leadership style which puts value on relationships, both internal and external as well as ensures high-quality finishes.

2.Following up for the drawing approval , materials , works flow , sub contract and other influence aspects of running projects

3. Responsible for the installation for the projects and rectifications of snags.

4. Daily reports regarding site conditions and communicate effectively in writing.

5. Develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision.

6. Improve advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent.

7. Prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.

8. Prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.

9. Interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:
