Project Manager (Rizq Khana)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the operations and expansion of Rizq’s Daal Chawal food cart initiative in Lahore. The role involves managing current operations, setting up new carts, overseeing sales and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of all existing Daal Chawal carts.
• Lead the expansion plan by increasing sales on existing carts, by opening new carts and branches including site identification, setup and hiring staffing.
• Monitor sales performance, identify low-performing carts, and relocate or optimize operations.
• Manage cash handling, sales tracking, and expense reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and new location opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Sciences, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food outlet operations.
• HACCP certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of food safety, cash management, and sales operations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, field-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple sites.
