Project Manager-Road & Civil (Vadodara)
Roles and responsibilities:
Oversee all daily construction activities, including earthworks, concreting, paving, and drainage systems, to ensure they are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage and control site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Monitor site-related costs and prepare material requisitions.
Contribute to project planning and scheduling. Develop and adjust work activity and resource schedules to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, site logs, and attendance. Prepare regular reports and documentation for client.
Daily coordination with client for progress related issues, attend weekly meetings with client and follow up.
Coordinates with MEP sub contractor and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the site.
Prepare RA bills based on work completed and contractual terms, arrange/coordinate for all documentation for submitting RA bill to client. Review and verify bills and invoices from sub-contractors.
Maintain a focus on quality control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Knowledge of Auto CAD and Excel is must.
Leadership ability for team work of existing engineers and supervisors is anticipated.
Incentive shall be an added advantage.
