Project Manager - Road/Utility

Grasso Companies is currently looking for a Project Manager to add to our team. We specialize in road, utility, site excavation and heavy civil construction. Our expertise covers all aspects of both public and private sector work.

Description of Work (Includes but is not limited to the following):

* Interpret Plans & Specifications

* Prepare & Submit Submittals & RFI's for review

* Maintain Project Submittals, Change Order and Daily logs

* Coordinate work with Site Superintendent & General Superintendent

* Coordinate & Schedule Sub-Contractors

* Maintain Project file in an organized fashion

* Prepare weekly & monthly schedules
* Assist with takeoff for estimating
* Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors

* Order job site materials
* Attend weekly Job Site Meetings

Job Requirements:

- MUST have experience as part of a project team in the site excavation excavation .

- Must be a team player
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Excellent problem solver

- Experience with HCSS (Heavyjob/Heavybid) would be helpful though not required.

We would also consider a recent Civil Engineering Graduate for a JR position!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Project management: 5 years (Required)
