Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, social media, and development) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple accounts.
  • Use tools like Trello, Monday.com, or advanced Excel dashboards to track progress and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain task trackers, Gantt charts, and reporting sheets for management visibility.
  • Ensure all briefs, client feedback, and deliverables are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Conduct daily or weekly stand-up meetings to review project status and upcoming tasks.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity.
  • Manage feedback loops and revision cycles efficiently between teams and clients.
  • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including scopes, timelines, and billing milestones.
  • Support management in resource planning, workload balancing, and process optimization.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines before client submission.
  • Follow up proactively with teams and clients to keep projects on track.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing to generate qualified leads for the agency.
  • Research and identify target industries and decision-makers for potential collaborations.
  • Build and manage prospect databases and maintain CRM updates.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery calls or demos.
  • Support the business development team with outreach strategies and proposal preparation.
  • Follow up on leads systematically and maintain consistent communication with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Digitally savvy – strong understanding of modern tools, platforms, and marketing workflows.
  • Proficiency with Trello, Monday.com, or Excel-based project management systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, must be able to communicate professionally with clients and teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to follow-ups and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable handling both project management and lead generation tasks.
  • Age: Under 30 – energetic, adaptable, and eager to grow in a creative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or Asana.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho).

This Role May NOT Be a Fit If…

  • You are a fresh graduate or someone looking to gain general exposure, this is a mid-level leadership role that requires proven experience, accountability, and ownership.
  • You have no prior experience managing client briefs, handling teams, or overseeing digital marketing and creative projects such as branding, social media campaigns, website development, or event activations.
  • You find it challenging to manage timelines, prioritize multiple tasks, or communicate effectively across creative, technical, and client-facing teams.
  • You are not confident in spoken or written English, clear and professional communication is essential for internal coordination and client interactions.
  • You are not comfortable using project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, Asana) or Excel-based dashboards to track progress and deliverables.
  • You prefer constant supervision or step-by-step guidance, this role demands initiative, self-management, and proactive problem-solving.
