Job Brief:

The ideal candidate will be managing a High Towers Mega PROJECT . To lead, oversee, and manage the execution of a mega-scale high-rise construction project, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with contractor and subcontractors and manage the delivery of progress and construction works in the project.
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • work directly with the subcontractors, manage and compare the proposals and advise the best options to run the project as scheduled.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • prepare the weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.
  • coordinate and follow up with the procurement department and vendors to make sure that the required materials are provided in time with the required quality.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering.
  • 10 years of experience as a project engineer, or project manager.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and MEP interfaces.
  • Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
