We Are Hiring | Project Manager – School Building / Educational Building / Institutional Project

Preference: Local Candidates from Rajasthan

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.Tech (Construction Management) – Preferred
• PMP Certification – Added Advantage

Experience Required:

• 15+ years in building construction projects
• Minimum 3–5 years as Project Manager
• Mandatory experience in Institutional / School / Commercial Building Projects
• Exposure to complete project lifecycle from excavation to finishing

Core Technical Expertise:

• RCC framed structure execution
• Foundations – Footings / Raft
• Columns, Beams, Slabs
• Masonry, Plastering, Waterproofing
• Finishing Works and MEP Coordination
• BOQ analysis, budgeting and cost control
• Billing verification and RA bill approvals
• Project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Vendor and subcontractor management
• Quality control procedures and safety compliance
• Client and consultant coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete planning and execution of the project
• Deliver within defined timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor DPRs and weekly/monthly progress reports
• Manage engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Ensure procurement planning and cost optimization
• Conduct quality inspections and review meetings
• Report project progress directly to senior management

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Capable of handling institutional projects independently
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Based in Rajasthan (Preferred)
• Ready to join immediately
