Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for multiple product teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Manage full lifecycle of projects: from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Work closely with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track team progress, remove blockers, and ensure high delivery velocity.
• ]Implement and improve Agile processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, sprint plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines with stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a product-based tech company.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
• Experience in managing software development projects, preferably in POS, SaaS, or fintech domains.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a POS (Point of Sale) or RetailTech environment.
• Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with remote/distributed teams.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
