Build Critical Infrastructure Across Metro Atlanta

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects across the Atlanta metro area.

Our projects focus on municipal infrastructure, including treatment facilities, pump stations, and heavy civil construction. Most of our work is repeat business with municipalities and long-term infrastructure clients, providing a stable pipeline of meaningful projects.

This position is ideal for a Project Manager currently managing civil or utility infrastructure projects who wants greater autonomy, strong leadership support, and long-term career stability.

Typical Project Types

Projects may include:

  • Municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Pump stations and lift stations
  • Process piping and mechanical systems associated with treatment facilities
  • Concrete structures and structural rehabilitation
  • Heavy civil infrastructure associated with treatment plant construction

Typical project values range from $5M – $30M depending on scope.

Responsibilities

  • Manage water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Coordinate with municipal owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Oversee project execution including subcontractor management and field coordination
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation
  • Monitor project profitability and financial performance
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to company leadership
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction
  • Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure construction
  • Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of heavy civil construction
  • Experience managing pump stations, treatment facilities, or similar infrastructure projects preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
