<li>3+ years of experience preferred</li>
<li>Able to manage projects proficiently</li>
<li>Estimating experience</li>
<li>Submittals</li>
<li>Complete As-Builts</li>
<li>Complete Scheduling</li>
<li>Manage suppliers and subcontractors</li>
<li>Perform buyouts</li>
<li>Ability to work with a variety of personalities</li>
<li>Communicates well</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Adobe, and take of software.</li>
</ul>
