Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the fabrication and erection of mechanical and structural works at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling end-to-end project execution in industrial facilities, including steel structures, piping systems, and equipment erection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical and structural fabrication and erection activities at the site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with the engineering, procurement, and project control teams for seamless workflow and timely completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of technical or site issues.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and client review.
• Lead and mentor site teams—including engineers, supervisors, and contractors—to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Ensure full adherence to contractual obligations, documentation, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in managing site fabrication and erection projects for mechanical and structural works.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel structures, mechanical systems, material handling, welding, and lifting procedures.
• Proven ability to handle multiple teams, manage vendors/subcontractors, and control site progress effectively.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Experience with industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects (pharma, process plants, or utility buildings preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work at different project locations as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
