Project Manager / Site Supervisor (Renovation & Fit-Out)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor for renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. The candidate must have solid local experience, know how things work on UAE sites, and be able to manage projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise renovation and fit-out projects on site.
• Plan work schedules and control quality, cost, and timing.
• Recruit and manage a team of workers and technicians.
• Check quality of completed work and approve it.
• Handle technical issues: plumbing, electrical, AC, and finishing.
• Source and deal with local suppliers, factories and subcontractors.
• Solve construction problems on site quickly and efficiently.
• Be familiar with high-end materials, tools and technologies.
• Report project status and updates to management.

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation or fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge - levels, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Engineering or construction-related degree.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, and hands-on person.
• Fluent in English (Russian / German is a plus).
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Must be currently living in Dubai
