Our Social Media Department handles end-to-end brand management, content strategy, campaign execution, and analytics for multiple national and international clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Social Media Department to lead our creative and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing multiple social media projects, ensuring timely delivery and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media and creative teams (designers, content writers, video editors, and strategists).
- Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple client campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure deliverables meet brand and performance goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, generating insights for performance improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between design, content, and marketing teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or creative project management.
- Proven experience leading a team of designers, content creators, and marketing professionals.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent command over tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads / YouTube Studio
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Trello / Asana / Monday.com (for project tracking)
- Google Analytics / Meta Insights / Hootsuite / Buffer
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Experience
- Worked in an agency environment or handled multiple brand campaigns.
- Experience with client communication and project documentation.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and performance marketing metrics.
