We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal and client-facing software development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery across multiple teams, maintain complete project visibility, and drive execution with discipline and clarity. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (planning → development → testing → deployment).
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation, technical task lists, and up-to-date project boards.
- Track progress across multiple modules and ensure no task, dependency, or blocker is overlooked.
- Ensure proper communication flow across all teams — including email follow-ups, sprint updates, and delivery notifications.
- Verify deliverables meet requirements before closing tasks or milestones.
- Conduct regular sprint reviews, stand-ups, and project alignment meetings with stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX teams, QA testers, and external vendors.
- Use Jira (or similar tools) efficiently for backlog management, sprint execution, and reporting.
- Identify project risks early and proactively resolve bottlenecks to avoid delays.
- Maintain precise accuracy, organization, and documentation standards across all work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in software project management or technical coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Jira (boards, workflows, reporting, sprint planning).
- Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to independently follow up and ensure closure of tasks and communication loops.
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs, software architectures
