Project Manager (Solar)

Position: Solar Project Manager

Experience : 5 -10years In Solar Industry

Job Responsibilities:

· Project Planning and Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of solar power projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Solar Radiation Mapping: Coordinate solar radiation mapping activities to identify optimal locations for solar installations, maximizing energy output.

· Infrastructure Development: Supervise the development of necessary infrastructure for solar projects, including access roads, fencing, and other amenities.

· Design and Engineering: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop efficient and effective solar power system designs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

· Civil & Electrical Works: Oversee civil and electrical works during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

· Operation & Maintenance: Develop and implement strategies for the ongoing operation and maintenance of solar power projects, maximizing uptime and efficiency.

· Value-Added Services: Provide expertise in Renewable Energy Certificates (REC), Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), offering additional value to clients.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

· Proven experience in project management within the solar industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.

· Strong knowledge of solar energy principles, technologies, and regulations.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
