Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end solar projects, from planning to successful execution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources to meet set objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all project sites.
• Provide regular project reports and updates to management.
• Troubleshoot project issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in project management within the solar energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of solar project execution, site surveys, and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must own a motorbike for project/site visits.
• Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
