Project Manager – Solar EPC

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of solar PV projects, from feasibility and design to commissioning and O&M, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from handover to commissioning and O&M.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead feasibility studies, site surveys, system design, and engineering reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, contracts, and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate with EPC partners, OEMs, utilities, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Supervise construction, installation, commissioning, and grid synchronization.
  • Control CAPEX/OPEX, approve invoices, and manage cost overruns.
  • Act as the primary technical and coordination point for clients.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC execution, and O&M.
  • Experience with MW-scale utility or large C&I solar projects.
  • Hands-on expertise with inverters, batteries, and BOS components.
  • Proven leadership, client management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Strong negotiation skills

Should be able to participate in pre sales meetings
