Project Manager - Sr.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and scheduling. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor job site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and potential issues.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project participants to resolve conflicts and maintain alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and project scheduling techniques.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D for site design and layout planning is preferred.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics effectively.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience on construction sites is essential for understanding practical challenges faced during projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented project execution. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
