Project Manager – Startup Incubation Center

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Startup Incubation to support and grow our startup ecosystem. If you’re passionate about working with founders, scouting emerging startups, and helping them become investment-ready, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of incubated startups and track their progress.
• Reach out to high-potential startups and invite them to pitch or join the program.
• Guide founders on investment readiness including pitch decks, business plans, financials, and required documents.
• Ensure all documentation (pitch deck, financial model, company registration, traction, MVP details) is complete and updated.
• Coordinate mentorship sessions and support program-related activities.
• Prepare concise reports for management and partners.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in startup incubation, business development, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and investment readiness.
• Excellent communication, analysis, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in outreach and documentation handling.
