About Rose Restoration
Rose Restoration is a specialty restoration contractor focused on stone, marble, terrazzo, and concrete surfaces. We work in high-end residential homes, luxury hotels, commercial buildings, and active construction sites across the DC metro area. This is not general contracting — this is precision craftsmanship at scale, and the standards are high.
We are a growing company with a clear vision: to become the most trusted and organized restoration operation in the market. We need a Project Manager who can help us get there.
About the Role
This is a leadership seat. You will own projects from handoff through completion — scheduling crews, coordinating materials, communicating with clients, solving problems in real time, and making sure every job is executed on time, on budget, and to our standards.
You will work across the field and the office. Some days you're on site walking a job. Other days, you're building schedules, ordering materials, and updating clients. Every day, you're the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role reports directly to the CEO. You will have real authority, real responsibility, and a direct impact on the company's growth.
Responsibilities
· Own the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent restoration projects
· Build and manage project schedules, ensuring crews, materials, and access are aligned
· Communicate proactively with clients — setting expectations, providing updates, resolving issues before they escalate
· Coordinate with field crews daily to confirm scope, timing, and quality standards
· Order and track materials, ensuring everything is on site when needed
· Conduct site visits to verify work quality, progress, and adherence to scope
· Manage project documentation — photos, notes, change orders, completion reports
· Identify problems early and solve them fast — no waiting, no excuses
· Work with the office on invoicing, scheduling, and job costing
· Help build and improve systems that move the company from reactive to proactive
Qualifications
· 2–5+Experience in project management, construction management, or field operations
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls
· Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with clients, crews, and leadership
· Highly organized with a bias toward systems, checklists, and follow-through
· Comfortable in the field and in the office — this is not a desk-only role
· Proactive mindset — you see problems coming and act before they arrive
· Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, nExperience
Experience with scheduling tools, project tracking, or CRM systems is a plus
· Knowledge of stone, marble, terrazzo, or concrete restoration is a strong plus, but not required — we will train the right person on the trade
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer
· $55,000–$75,000 base salary, depending on Experience, with a performance bonus opportunity
· Full health insurance + dental insurance
· 401(k) retirement plan
· Paid time off + paid holidays
· Monthly gym stipend
· Company vehicle or paid gas/mileage stipend
· Clear growth path into senior operations leadership
· Direct access to the CEO — your ideas will be heard, your work will matter
· A company actively building systems, structure, and culture — not stuck in the old way of doing things
Who Thrives Here
You take ownership. You don't wait to be told. You communicate before anyone has to ask. You treat every project like your reputation is on the line — because it is. You want to be part of building something, not just filling a role.
Who This Isn't For
If you need micromanagement, avoid hard conversations, or treat deadlines as suggestions — this isn't the right fit. We are building a culture of high standards, and we need people who hold themselves to them first.
