Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Survey Project Manager to manage and coordinate multiple surveying and geospatial projects across the UAE & KSA. The candidate will oversee project execution, client coordination, field teams, CAD/GIS processing teams, scheduling, QA/QC, and project delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in land surveying, infrastructure projects, and geospatial technologies along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of surveying and geospatial projects.
• Coordinate field survey teams, CAD teams, GIS/LiDAR processing teams, and subcontractors.
• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, equipment mobilization, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with client specifications and company standards.
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
• Review survey data, reports, drawings, and final deliverables before submission.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, HR, and accounts departments for project requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and management updates.
• Support tendering and technical proposal preparation when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in surveying and geospatial project management.
• Strong experience in infrastructure, construction, road, utility, or large-scale mapping projects.
• Good understanding of Total Stations, GNSS, LiDAR, Mobile Mapping, UAV/Drone surveys, and GIS workflows.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, QGIS, or related survey software.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects is highly preferred.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
