Project Manager – Swimming Pool & Landscape Construction

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with proven expertise in swimming pool and landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete lifecycle of swimming pool and landscaping projects from initiation to handover
• Plan project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure quality control and resolve technical issues on-site
• Control project costs and manage variations/claims
• Obtain necessary approvals from authorities where required
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
• Achieve project payment milestones as per contract schedule and ensure progress invoices are submitted on time to maintain healthy project cash flow.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in swimming pool and landscape construction
• Strong knowledge of pool structure, waterproofing, MEP coordination, filtration systems, and landscaping works
• Experience in UAE projects is preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
